The One-Day Workshop About Interconnectedness* and Leadership

The principles of “Interconnected Leadership” are described in the book and illustrated with examples. Your situation will be different from these examples as no two organizations are the same.  You might find you can make faster progress by organizing a one-day workshop. This workshop will consider your situation and what is of special interest to each of the participants.
A typical workshop is organized as follows:

Before the one-day workshop

  • You send information about your organization and about the participants (maximum twelve)

The one-day Work Shop

  • 8.00 -12.00  Individuel interviews with the participants
  • 14.00 -18.00 The Workshop

PART I:  Understanding the present position as the result of actions in the past

PART II:  Actions and priorities for the future

FORMAT: Combination of lectures, Q&A, and workshop member interaction

Total fee, including twelve books, €6.600,- and travel and living expenses.

* Interconnectedness covers backwards and forwards in time typically three interconnected circles:

  • CORE. Members of the organization
  • INNER CIRCLE. For example. Clients/Customers, Shareholders,
Licensees, Suppliers/Sub-contractors, Representatives, Agents, independent Dealers
  • OUTER CIRCLE. For example. Communities/Countries/Regions,
Government/Regulators, Media, NGOs, R&D Institutions, Universities, Competitors, Political Parties

My task is to quickly understand what is useful for the participants of the workshop. The Dalai Lama has taught me how to listen intensely. My experience: 50 years as a leader and as a consultant to public and private organizations in eight countries in the West and in two in the East. M Sc in Industrial Engineering at Delft University in the Netherlands, further studies at MIT and Columbia University. Read and speak, Swedish, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French, German and English.
